DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To reserve, 30% of the total reservation is required
15 days before your arrival you have to settle 100% of the reservation to guarantee the stay. (in case the guest does not pay, the reservation is considered canceled and the 30% is non refundable)
If they cancel before 15 days, 20% of the 30% is will be refounded, since 10% is withheld for administrative expenses.
If they cancel 15 days or less before arrival (15 or less) it is non-refundable the total amount.
